How To Find Us

BY CAR

From the North
- Take A19 south, Exit at Junction A174 at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A174 (signposted Yarm)
- At the traffic signals turn left onto the A1045 (signposted Yarm)
- At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto theA1045 (signposted Yarm, Maltby)
- At the T-junction turn right onto the A1044 (Signposted Yarm) onto Low Lane
- Finish approx. 300yds on the right

From the South
- Take A19 North exit at Junction A174 take 1st exit A174 (signposted Yarm) and follow as above.

After arriving on Low Lane please look out for our Brown info signs  STABLES B&B.
